Walter Haecki
Co-Founder/Managing Director
Walter Haecki has over 25 years of leadership experience in the DACH, China, SEA NAM area. Within four years, he successfully established two daughter companies in China and, in the process, developed a deep and sustainable understanding of the Chinese, American and SEA Cultures and Services needs.
He retired by End of February 2022 and focusses on his Passion and own Business. After Sales Services.

Christian Besson
Co-Founder/Technical Director
Christian Besson has over 26 years of technical experience and has extensive knowledge of various packaging machines. He is a certified Mechanical Service Chief Engineer. He is also an expert in Project Management, Lean Management, Development of Solutions, Restoration, (Re)construction of Production systems, Increasing Efficiency, Leadership, and various employee training courses.
Knowledgeable of various machines including CK, CKR, DSR, DSH, DST, DSN, RV, RG, RNG, KG 1,3,4, RA, TTX Module, TTM, HRM, DBS, and DIH.

CAREER
SEVERAL DECADES OF PRECISION MECHANIC.
I am a qualified precision mechanic and have almost 30 years of professional experience as an employee at BOSCH and several years as a self-employed entrepreneur.
As an employee at BOSCH Munich, I was not only a night shift foreman for many years and was responsible for managing more than 80 employees, but also for several production lines of EKP (electric fuel pumps) and for the then newly introduced BPS (BOSCH Production System).
I then switched to BOSCH Beringen Switzerland.
There, in the food and pharmaceuticals sector, my area of responsibility included the construction and installation of packaging machines in the chocolate sector, vertical packaging machines in the sachets sector and their further packaging. Assignments with service work on existing lines and machines from the former SIG were also part of my area of responsibility. (Training on DSN machines, chocolate packaging machine DIH, discharge station. RNG, flat bag machines with KG3 further packaging cartoner)
AND THEN: MECHANICAL ENGINEER.
Between 2000 and 2003 I successfully completed distance learning to become a mechanical engineer.
Since 2014 I have been a self-employed mechanical engineer for packaging machines in the food and pharmaceuticals sector. I also offer extensive consulting activities for this purpose.
The installation of new and independently restored (OVERHAUL) packaging machines are part of my repertoire. New formats and spare parts complete my offer. In the consulting area, I advise on possible (customer) further developments and packaging solutions, offer employee training and the development of troubleshooting (troubleshooting).
EXPERIENCE
IN THE INDUSTRY SINCE 2007.
Through various stays abroad I was able to gain extensive experience:
1996-1997: In Brazil, I worked for BOSCH in the areas of increasing efficiency, error analysis, and employee training.
1997-1999: In China, I was also jointly responsible for BOSCH for the launch and co-construction of the first BOSCH plant in China (in the automotive industry, focus on EKP). There I took over the complete training and education of the employees and specialists. The introduction of the product and its production and test lines, as well as the subsequent increase in efficiency, were part of my area of responsibility.
1999 to 2007: Assembly work in Croatia, Turkey, Australia, Nigeria, Ghana, Spain, Algeria, China, Iran.2010: I spent a year in Australia (on loan from a client) improving efficiency and training staff and professionals.
2016: In India, I was responsible for the complete restoration of older packaging machines (after years of standstill) for chocolate from SIG Type CK, built-in 1957/1975/1979. These were rebuilt by me, a new format set up and reintroduced into production.
Fatih Buhurcu

Fatih Buhurcu has over 15 years of experience in the service industry and neighboring industries. Most of them are in Switzerland and Turkey. Fatih Buhurcu has several investments in Switzerland but also in Turkey.
In Turkey, he maintains a well-established network throughout different industries.
